General Terms Of Service
□ I reserve the right to decline a commission for any reason.
□ Commissioned work will be uploaded on sites I use and will be used for my own promotion/advertising.
□ My art is entirely digital and not physical. I do not print and ship my work.
□ Time in which a commission is completed may vary and may get its time extended. Commissions that do not get completed after 6 months are applicable for full refund.
□ No copying or tracing my work.
□ A.I training and use of A.I on my art is prohibited, this also applies to commissioned work. doing so will result in blacklisting and public warning.Usage
□ As the artist, I own the copyright to all works commissioned and is exclusively for personal/non-commercial use.
□ As a client, reposting and uploading the work is okay provided my signature has not been removed and I have been credited (providing any of my social usernames/links).Payment
□ Refunds a not accepted after the sketch phase of the commission(unless exceeding 6 months). 50% refunds are available during the sketch phase.
□ Payments must be upfront before I start the commission
□ Currency is in USD.
□ Payments must be paid through PayPal unless you have a New Zealand bank account.Opening Availability
□ Commission availability will be announced on my Bluesky, Twitter, and Furaffinity.
□ Depending on the announced opening, slots may or may not be first-come first-served.
□ When you decide to contact me pitching your idea, I will reply confirming if I am able to take the commission.What I will NOT draw
